Day 1: Fitness Test, although these results are sad, they leave room for improvement!

Power Jacks: 33
Power Knees: 75
Power Jumps: 16
Globe Jumps: 6
Suicide Jumps: 10
Push-Up Jacks: 13
Low Plank Oblique: 40
I finished and drank some Body Fortress vanilla flavored protein shake.
I’m feeling great, I guess I didn’t push enough.
No excuses, just do it! Plus, it doesn’t hurt that dried cranberries > Twizzlers.
